Split BM2 or B&G into 2 sessions on the same day?

Hi Cathe!

I love these two workouts and was wondering if it would be ok to split them up into 2 sessions in the same day? Like, do the 30 minute step combo section of BM2 in the morning, then the circuits and upper body weights in the afternoon? And could I split up Butts and Guts so the standing work is in the morning, and the floor section and abs in the afternoon?

I get tired during these workouts and feel like i'm not getting as much out of them as I would like... Thanks in advance!

If anyone has an answer to this, feel free to chime in!

I'm not Cathy, (hope you don't mind) but absolutely. You can split them up in one day. You still will benefit from them. Soon you'll be strong enough to do them once a day. Or not, that is entirely up to you.
