Hi Aycaramba, yes it would be just fine for your frame - you can adjust the seat height; how close you want the seat to the handle bars (moves forward); handle bars also adjust. So I'm thinking that for your petite size it would work just fine.
I believe there are other Cathletes that have the same one - that's how I was able to buy this one because of their recommendations. Hope this helps.

I’m 5’ 3” and have a different Sunny spin bike. I just reach the pedals with a slight knee bend on the lowest seat setting. My inseam is 30”.
I read this quote in the customer questions and answers section for the bike linked above.
”The fit of the bike depends on your inseam rather than your height (because people of the same height can have varying leg lengths). For example, a 5'2 person could have a 28in inseam while another could have a 31in inseam. You must have at least a 29in inseam to fit this bike.”
