Hi Cathe,
I hope you found time to share information on Lordosis spine curvature.
I have been to a training certification where I have been asked to isolate my core and glutes to the point of holding a poor alignment, because my glutes were projecting/sticking out. My natural anatomical spine look as a lordosis one.
Although it looks similar to lordosis shape I have never had back problem. I do perform all of your lift program without any issue at all. That being said no matter how i isolate my core and glutes while doing planks and push up, my glute, in my opinion, still look projected out/sticked out in comparison to a "normal" spine curvature.
My question: is the fact that I never had any back problem not valid enough to state I am holding a correct back posture?
I would be really grateful if you could share your expertise, experience and knowledge on this. Coincidentally, I love working out my back!.
Kind Regards Cathe,
Hope to hear your views on this,
