I thought this might be fun to resurrect -- someone posted this link a few years ago but we have so many newcomers who haven't seen it.

This site is called "The Wayback Machine" and it archives web pages. They've been archiving Cathe.com since 1998 (!) and so you can see how the site's evolved. Some of the old links on the old pages still work, even. It's a trip down memory lane for us old-timers.

Here's the link. When you get to the page, enter www.cathe.com in the space provided for the URL you're searching, and it'll take you to the Cathe.com archive page. Then click on any of the dates to pull up the archived site from that date. Have fun!

That is so cool. I randomly clicked on a post from DebbieH, which had a link of a road trip. I had no idea old websites were saved.
 
What fun! Now I am going to have to remember old screennames. I think I've had at least 3 others. I am so happy to have Bobbi now. There's no way I'll forget it. I hope! :) I never saw the site before '00? What a trip to see it at the very beginning.

OMG! 6 new Cathe Videos are coming out! Something about Pure Strength and Body Max....oh wait, that's just a holdover from the excitement I had when I first saw those announcements!

What a fun site! I'm going to have to check this out a lot more when I have time! :7
 
Hi Kathy! OMG!! I saw my posts dating back to 1999 along w/Bobbi, Honeybunch, Lorrayne, Sabrina, DebbieH, Amy Steppe & countless others that I remember so well & too numerous to mention here. And if you notice practically every post was answered by Cathe. I remember a time when I posted a question to Cathe only Cathe would answer. WOW thanks for taking me back. Kathy:D
 
OK. I'm an idiot! I got to the home page. Now, where do I see the URL to type in the Cathe archive??????? I'm computer illiterate so please walk me through this simple task!:-(

Edited to say: NEVERMIND! I figured it out!
 
Wow, what a trip! I found the year that I started browsing Cathe's website, 2002. I remember looking at her, and thinking, wow, check out how buff she is! I only had Power Max at the time so it was amazing to see her transformation.

Hi Kathy S,

This was a fun trip down memory lane. You called me a newbie on another thread :7 (chuckle). My DH would disagree with you considering how much time I have spent on this site over the years. I have been coming here almost as long as you have and have seen alot. I don't post much. I do try to help out when I see that a post has gone unanswered or just to point people in the right direction. So I guess, I'm newoldie or an oldnewie. There is really no distinction to me. Anyway, I just wanted you to know that I have enjoyed this link and remember all the laughter, tears, fights, helpful advice, and so on. People come and go but even with change I hope this site stays around to support everyones search for a healthy life.

Wow! That is soooooo cool! Thanks for posting. Definitely a trip down memory lane! Sad to see quite a few names of folks who aren't around here anymore :(

Girl, am I ever impressed -- and I thought I was the new Queen of lurking. Just goes to show you how flippin' menopausal my memory (or what passes for it these days) has become, that I wouldn't know you've been around forever and ever like me! So sorry to have mis-classified you :)!

It's really a hoot to go back to the oldest of the Forums and read, isn't it? Cathe's responses were more frequent and had a very different "feel" to them "way back when." I completely understand why she can't do that anymore, but I do miss the days when she had the time and felt free to jump in here like one of the girls. :-(

And for what it's worth, post more often -- I love your posts!!
