Cathe and Crew,

I cannot believe how wonderful STS sounds. 3 1/2 months worth of workouts/personal training sessions for $200, I'll be buying this lickity split. I love the 4d split and I just have a feeling STS is going to be even better. I'm finding that less cardio and more weights is the way to go. I cannot wait to start this series. You guys are the BEST I tell you, the BEST!
