Sorry about all of the STS questions of late, however

There seems to be some discrepancies between what is in the Workout Manager as far as STS One Rep Max's and what shows up when you print out the One Rep Max Exercises.

I must be not seeing something correctly as STS has been out for a while and so all of the errors would be corrected by this time but.....for instance....there are more one rep max's in the Workout Manager when you click on the STS as far as choices than there are that print out.

I hope I am making sense....but for an example Exercise No. 1051 shows up in the Workout Manager as something you need to do as a One Rep Max but it is not shown in the STS User's Guide nor does it show up in the Workout Manager manager as one of the things to do for a One Rep Max for starting STS.

Again, I must be missing something. Am I supposed to do the additional ones that show up in the Workout Manager or just the One Rep Max's that are in the STS book that also print out?

Edited: I have done numerous searches but since there are so many threads, I am coming up with nothing specific for my question.

Thanks Krasy! According to the book, I thought I was just about done but was disappointed to see there several more in the workout manager.

Oh well - at least I found out now before I started the program on Tuesday. Thanks again!
 
UGH I wish I had seen this post sooner. No wonder I had so many NA's on my workout card!!! Looks like I'll have to do some sporadic 1RM warm-ups being that I started STS this week :(
