sore from KPC

I am sore from doing KPC yesterday and I was thinking of doing L&G's today. should I do that or should I wait a day for the aches to ease up some?
 
I personally never do them back to back, I would wait and put a day inbetween the 2 workouts!! Just my opinion!

My cure for a day of soreness is to walk and do yoga. I will do 30 mintues of yoga, then go for a 45-60 minute walk (as fast a pace as you can do), and then do yoga again when I get back to really stretch things out. You'll still have some soreness of course but at least you are moving and stretching and you'll feel better the next day. I do yoga daily anyway. It's great for your body.
