Sore fr MIS or IMAX?

Hi all:) Have a question for ya' (imagine that...that's all I've done since I found this board... hopefully one day I can help ANSWER questions)

I did MIS (the whole thing:) )on Saturday plus some cardio on the elliptical. Then, on Sunday I did IMAX for the first time thru (almost all but with modifications, rest, and no where close on the plyos). But anyway... today my outside of my butt is really sore... (a good sore:))

Wondering what you think I am sore from? Do you think it is from MIS or IMAX or both? Whatever it is I want to do it again because I am sore right where a lot of my fat is:) :) I also increased my wt. on MIS so that could be some of it. On Sunday I didn't do any wts. only did IMAX (that was enough!)

Do you all still get sore from these videos?

Absolutely. I usually don't get sore from MIS, but sometimes I do. I find if I work out in the a.m. then drink a lot of soda the rest of the day, I am quite sore the next day. If I drink a lot of water however, the soreness isn't as bad. I did CTX upperbody Sat. morning and actually felt sore Sat. night! I personally get sore from Imax because of the plyometrics. They really target my glutes and quads. It was probably a combination of increasing your weights during MIS and Imax. Congrats on doing Imax. Have fun.
 
If you were sore on Sunday after doing MIS on Saturday I would say it was MIS. If you weren't sore till Monday after doing IMAX on Sunday I would say it was IMAX. Speaking from personal experience you're usually sore the day after and then really sore the second day.
 
I upped my weight on MIS and played tennis

Yesterday I upped my weights on MIS and played intense tennis. And last night I was sore before I went to bed. Today it hurts to sit on the potty! my hamstrings and glutes feel it.
BTW I had done cardio kicks and played tennis also the day before that.
Tennis doesn't make me sore slone, I think it was uppeing the weights and using the muslces a lot in a short time. Today was t-mill interval workout. Tomorrow is supposed to be Body Max or Circuit Max if I am not too sore. If I am it will be rhythmic step.

Thanks everyone for the advice. I think it was a combination. I was more sore on Monday, which means it was maybe more from "upping" my wts on MIS??

I was better within 24 hours of this post. It did feel good while it lasted! Sometimes the pain really makes me feel like my efforts are worth it:)
