anyone have a good remedy? i have not been able to do any cardio because of that. my job is sales floor which is usually alot of walking except last time i hung clothes for six hours with half hour lunch between so it isn't always cardio. i am still sore the next day. i think i will try doing upper body sitting in a chair. i majorly miss doing a cathe video. Help!!!!!!any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
