SOOOOO.... Anyone try them yet?

Hmmmm.. what are y'all doing? Are you in need of medical assistance?}( :+ The silence is deafening isn't it? I bet they've done one and are glued to the TV previewing the other three!
 
There are first impressions reviews (viewed the workouts but haven't tried them yet) up on the Video Fitness forum. From their comments:

Low Impact Circuit looks much better than the clip - but has some freeze issues during the triceps (two people mention this). No torquey movements, easier choregraphy than Low Max, but with a good fun factor. High rep, low weight muscle work.

The review of Butts and Gutts is interesting - supposedly the TOUGHEST lower body workout ever. Pace of Leaner legs, Killer hams/quads workout, killer stability ball section. And the floor work with ankle weights will make sure you don't walk.

I'm stoked...
 
I just did Butt & Guts. Have to say I love it. I think it is my favorite lower body workout. It has been a while since my legs were shaking by doing lunges}( I loved the firewalkers. Will I be saying that tomorrow, probably not. The floor work was really intense and I didn't even use ankle weights yet. Since I didn't preview just did it. I used 30 on my barbell when Cathe and the crew were using 35. The ab work was really good, got a really good burn going on in the lower abs. It probably didn't help that I did Legs and Back P90x and ab ripper x yesterday. These workouts were well worth the wait.

I won't be doing any before Sunday. I just started back exercising this week after a 2 week post surgery recovery and I overdid it with Kick Max the other day. I can barely walk today! I did preview Low Impact Step, and while I had reservations about this workout when she first announced it, I must say I like what I saw! I'm not a fan of Low Max because I find it boring. This looks a lot more fun. The music is pumping and she has some new choreo moves. I think it's going to be a great circuit workout. I'll let you know tomorrow!

Not really a review but I have done Drill Max and Butts and Guts.
Drill Max was alot of fun and tough at times. Those dive bomber push ups I need to really work on my form. There are also push up planks that are HARD for me at least. There is no ab section but you do work your core doing other exercises. I enjoyed it but need to remember when to get equipment out. I good solid workout. I felt it in my glutes this morning.
Today I did Butts and Guts and absolutely loved it!! It worked my behind like no other dvd has!!! YOu start out thinking this isn't bad and then suddenly wow I can really feel it! the walking lunges and firewalkers to name a few. The floor work was killer! I loved the ab routines. I did not do the bonus leg section (too tired) but they are sit and stands, step ups on the high step and glute squeezes on the stability ball. I'm hoping I can walk tomorrow for church.
I really felt this workout in my glutes quads and hamstrings
