Just wanted to say I initially didn't like KPC. I tried it twice and for reasons I can't explain it just didn't excite me. Well, after reading so many posts and seeing how many fans love that workout I decided to pull it out and try it again. I love it now. It's a fun workout. Just goes to show you.......give those new workouts a fair try before hiding them on the back of the dvd shelf.
 
I agree, I didn't really like Kick Max when I got it. I was so used to KPC and loved the way that one was set up. I just kept on pulling KM out, doing it more and now I love it. Did it just this morning :) .

But then, we all have our own preferences as to what's fun and what's not.

I love doing KPC and then following it up with the Kick Max high intensity drills! Great workout!
