Something wrong with my Rhythmic Step

I love, love, LOVE Rhythmic Step, but have noticed the past few times that the sound goes up and down throughout the workout. It's really distracting. It doesn't happen on any of my other videos, so I think it's a video problem, not a TV/VCR problem. Anyone else experience this? Have you ever tried to exchange a defective video? Hoping I can -- Renee
