Nope, not sore at all... just a bit warm And Jess, I know what you mean about enjoying doing the abs after PUB, but I just find I can't do them as effectively when my arms don't work that well
I bow to all of you for even being able to do pikes on the stability ball!!! I envision myself doing them to perfection, but I know I'm not doing a full pike. x(
Some words of advice: Do not attempt to do GS:C&T and GS:BSB on the same day unless you are losing it... And if you do lose it and end up doing it, please, do not attempt ANYTHING else besides that.
