Good lord!!! I have trouble myself with pikes after Pyramid Upper Body. I can't even imagine them after both the gym styles. Yikes!!
 
Well, what about GS legs??? Slacker!! }( TOTALLY kidding!!!

Actually, in a sick way I actually *enjoy* doing the pikes after PUB. ;-)

Hope you aren't too sore tomorrow! At least you did it right, get the pushups in GS chest (my fav!) out of the way first! :)
 
Nope, not sore at all... just a bit warm:) And Jess, I know what you mean about enjoying doing the abs after PUB, but I just find I can't do them as effectively when my arms don't work that well:p

:eek: ... I usually do PUB abs right after the WU then I work my upper body! I bow to you for even attempting this...tee hee!!!:7

I bow to all of you for even being able to do pikes on the stability ball!!! I envision myself doing them to perfection, but I know I'm not doing a full pike. x(

At least I try, I used to not even attempt them.

Some words of advice: Do not attempt to do GS:C&T and GS:BSB on the same day unless you are losing it... And if you do lose it and end up doing it, please, do not attempt ANYTHING else besides that.:p
 
I can't find my PUB!!! I put it in a box in the garage to save space and now it has gone missing!!! (On the upside----no pikes for me!!)
