Some Weekend Good News

Hello Friends of the Forum.

My first good news and Praise to GOD is that my Dad has been moved out of Mayo to the assisted living unit. He has beat cancer at the young age of 71 after 3 rounds of chemo. Today, he starts more PT and OT with solid food. We almost lost him on his first round due to morphine complications. My Dad was diagnosed with Brikatts disease(agrrssive B-cell lymphoma disorder non-Hodgins) or bone cancer. It was not discovered until 10 days after he got back from Africa and had Malaria. It pays to to take care of yourself, which he has, and Cathe helps. There were no outside issues to deal with cause he doesn't smoke, drink, eats healthy, and no weight problems.

My second good news is that I'm out of my slump and have my energy back to workout after about 2 weeks, and one workout last Saturday.
I did Step, Jump, & Punch and it was good. Using the barbell/weights in the video makes it totally different than using a weighted bodybar. It feels great to be back!!

Thank for the motivation from this site, it does help.
