I'm on the fence about STS, and I'm waiting patiently for the reviews. It's tempting to order just 1 Meso cycle "just to see" what it's all about.
I know alot of people here say you can sub dumbbells where ever a barbell is used in Cathe's workouts, is this the case with STS workouts(atleast on Meso 1/2?)
Cathe has made Plyo leg workouts in sub for heavy leg work in Meso 3; whats the reasoning behind this besides an option for people that don't have a squat rack? Do plyos build leg strength? I always thought of them as more endurance/cardio. Are the plyo leg workouts just as good as lifting heavy for the legs? I'm wondering if bands could be subbed in the heavy squat exercises (some bands like bodylastics say they have a heavy weight on them)
