some help please arms and shoulders

I cathe I need help with my workout my truble is my arms and shoulders this is what I'm doing
monday chest and triceps
thus. back and biceps
wed. legs and abs
thus.off
frid.pyramide upper body
sat or sun. I do some kind of cardio and abs
I have beeng doing for the last month I love how I feel after every workout but I still dont see what I want what do you recoment I start my day @ 5:30 every day and every body is sleeping while I'm working so hard so I can't add more cardio to my rutinas.
