So What's the Story on SQUATS??

I don't know. According to the kettlebell people the reason to do FULL squats is because at 90 degrees, the knees are actually the least stable of all of the positions. So, you actually can do more harm in a 90 degree squat than a full squat. An interesting article on it: http://www.alwyncosgrove.com/leg-training-myths.html

I'm still testing the waters on this as I lack the flexibility to do a full squat yet, but I'm working on it. I can go past 90 degrees, just not MUCH past - but I can tell you that it's not hurting my knees. I'll let you know how it goes.
