When I said "don't listen to the words", I was just referring to the "carb" and "calorie" junk Jari talks about, that Fit44 mentioned. I think if Jari really wants to believe it's possible to use 1000 calories in a one-hour workout, she's totally kidding herself. Just ignore that hogwash, and enjoy the workouts!
DO listen to the words when Jari talks about form. Most of the time I think her form is pretty good.
The very first one, Get Ripped, is my personal favorite. I think it's because Jari does so much of the workout on the floor, which is easier on my lower back. For example, there is a lat segment on the floor and a triceps segment on the floor. I can skip the deadlifts and still feel like my back got a workout.
I also really like Ripped & Chiseled because it's fun. The prices of Jari's workouts are so low, you might as well try a bunch for yourself and see which ones you prefer.
