I haven't worked out in like three weeks, I have started to drink 4 bottles of 24oz of water a day and only one can of diet coke with lunch and I worked out to step blast last night and did a whole section without having to stop to take a breath or water!!! the only reason I had to stop after the first is because I had stitch pain in my right side from being out of shape, but then I did an upper body weight workout and could do the whole thing! I am so excited, I slept so good last night that I am thinking I should workout in the evenings to help me sleep better. And I should also keep up with my water intake also. I am just so tired still these days, my IBS has been acting up soooo bad lately that I can hardly function, I take Librax 4 times a day with my vitamins since it is them that is setting it off lately that my energy level is so low but hopefully with exercise I can bring it back up. I am also going to focus on more clean eating and eating more fruit instead of chocolate but I can't help but cheat now and then with a piece of candy LOL
