after many years of swearing it off. I was wondering if anyone could tell which videos to start with and what the progression should be. I really need to start basic and work up from there. I really admire Cathe's step workouts.

You should start out with Cathe's Basic Step and Body Fusion DVD. Once you've mastered that, I would move on to her Classics DVD and then her Cardio Hits DVD. Congratulations on getting started again!

Basic Step / Body Fusion is a great starting point. Low Impact Step is a good one too; it's her new one for beginner/intermediate.

If you like circuits, the High Step Circuit is also good for beginner / intermediate.

Cathe has a rotation for beginners posted on the Rotation board.
