So I bit the bullet and got HCE

Hello Lorrie, My favorite is the first workout it is a circuit the includes imax 3 and high step challenge it is fun and very intense always feel like i had a great workout after. Have Fun!

HCE #2 Hi/Lo Intervals is my favorite. #3 is great for cardio and leg drills. I don't know why but I use #1 the least but I still like that one too.
