I'm going to be in a Spinervals DVD!!! :D:D:D Since I'm doing the Iron Girl triathlon in Vegas, I got a casting call email from Iron Girl saying they were filming a new Spinervals DVD two days after the triathlon. I submitted my info/photo and they told me today I was in! :cool:
 
Congratulations Sandra! You must be so excited!!! I'm excited for you!! Let us know when it's finished. I'd love to see it.

Heidi, Iron Girl's mission is to empower women to healthier lives through sport. They started about 15 years ago (I think?) with one race and now have 12 women's only events around the nation, including 5k's and triathlons. The triathlon in Vegas is actually at Lake Las Vegas in Henderson, includes a 800 yard swim in Lake Las Vegas, 30K bike and a 5K run, the event starts and finishes at the Loews Resort, http://www.loewshotels.com/en/Hotels/Lake-Las-Vegas-Resort/Overview.aspxI can't wait! :D

LOL! ;) Spinervals is an indoor cycling workout, basically interval training on a spin bike or your own bike on an indoor trainer. Hopefully I get to use my own bike for the filming. Congratulations. I'm even more impressed that you will be able to do the dvd so soon after the triathlon.

I spent some time looking at your pictures and reading about you. All I can say is WOW! I have been less than motivated for some time and I'm going to workout today inspired by you. Congratulations on getting the spinerval dvd opportunity. That's awesome. You deserve awesome girl.
