Snow Day!!!!!

Yay!!! Just me, the dogger, and the cat. Nice and quiet. Cookies in the oven, house smelling like chocolate. Mmmmmmm.......winter is here I am going out for 2nd shovel soon as my cookies beep, though. Shoveled before I attempted to go to work this morning. Took over an hour to go less than 10 miles. Called the boss and said "do you really need me?" She told me to go home, and who am I to argue with that? I live about 30-35 miles from work (gotta find a job closer to home) and really didn't want to sit in the car for another 2 or 3 hours. Turned around to go home, and getting back home only took about 20-25 mins. Gotta love going against the flow of traffic. So here I am, all alone in the nice, quiet house. I think after shoveling I'll take Vlad for snowy walkies and then lunchtime and then will plop on my corner of the couch and work on my cross stitch project.

Between 40/20, stab ball abs, multiple shovels, and a dogger walk, I also believe there will be room for a cookie (or 2)

I clicked on your personal profile to see what state you lived in! My family is in Wisconsin and Iowa and you all are just getting buried this winter!!

I am in Delaware and I guess what you're getting is heading our way.

I'd say frequent shoveling plus 40/20 gets you two cookies AND a big cup of hot chocolate or wine if you prefer!

Just ran outside to feed our hound (won't stay in the barns or garage...but her doghouse is heated) and holy buckets!!! It's nuts outside! I am home with the DH and two DS...it's so bad my DH isn't gonna check cattle-fed em extra yesterday. The blizzard force winds stink! I am totally caving-after all this nasty SUPER COLD weather I am gonna cave and get uggs! My feet have been freezing!

Hi Nan!

Happy snow day. Shoveling is a really tough workout on it's own. Maybe Cathe will creat a shoveling step workout next! haha! Step and shovel, basic shovel step, shovel-step,turn, shovel repeater!!
