SNM-Wrong video sent

Dear SNM,
I tried calling your 800 number and the operator there said that someone from Customer Service would call me back. I still have not received a phone call. I received my order the other day and an incorrect video was sent. Could you please let me know where I should send this video and how I may receive the correct one.
