Just curious, but I got charged for shipping when I preordered butts and gutts about 3 days ago. Doesn't it say you should revieve free shipping on all of the preordered DVD's?? Just curious, but that is another $6.00 tacked on to the bill when I thought that the shipping was free!

You were charged correctly. The Free shipping is on any additional DVDs you order, not the presale DVDs.

Any chance we could get free shipping on an equipment order? I don't need any more of Cathe's DVDs (already have most of them!), but would love to order a high step topper--especially if the shipping were free?

BTW, I was one of the first to pre-order this new series, and I maintained my order for the duration...if that counts for anything...

The profit margins on equipment is very low. If we were to offer free shipping on equipment we would actully lose money on nearly every sale and wouldn't be in business for very long.
