For example, if I do a different Int. Series video each day, what changes, if any, can I expect to see - keeping my lifestyle and eating the same? The new videos seem less cardio/more muscle focused, should I expect to lose some cardio endurance if I do only the Int. Series videos? Right now, my goal is to NOT lose cardio endurance and my current rotation is:
Sun - BodyMax(entirity)
Mon - PowerMax or StepWorks
Tue - IMax
Wed - off
Thur- PS CST + BBA + SLA
Fri - off
Sat - MIC
