SNM Problem with posting

SNM,

I've been having problems when I answer peoples posts. I usually press the red box on the bottom right of their screen and it turns green allowing the posts to copy into my box to answer them.

This doesn't always happen and is very frustrating. Is there something I can do to make this work again all the time? It use to work beautifully but no longer. How come?

Forum Red Button

I've never used the red button, so I'm not very familiar. We're replacing the forums shortly, so it's not something we can look into as this software will be replaced within a few weeks. My only suggestion is to make sure your using the latest version of your browser.
