SNM preordered but no email notice

Hi I preordered #15289 but haven't received a shipping notice? Just wondering if my order might have been misplaced?

Hi Laura,

Not Cathe here, but my invoice was 15294. I did not receive a notice either, ( and I checked my spam and junk folders religiously..), but I was able to get shipping info by going into the UPS tracking site from Cathe's home page. After putting in my phone number all tracking info appeared. I am scheduled for delivery ( in Ohio ) today.

I preordered also but have not received anything just yet. I think we likely have not been forgotten but perhaps they just have not gotten to us yet. I am anxiously waiting also.

I've heard of several people who never received shipping notices but have already taken delivery of their DVDs.

That would be me. So just imagine my elation when my DVDs arrived and I thought they hadn't even shipped yet!
