Hi Chris,

I need to return the IMAX 2 C&W dvd because it just has not worked right for some time. All of my other DVDs work fine. I can go ahead and send it back today. I'm in California. If you would like you can just send me the new one in the same package as my new Body Blast dvds when they are ready. I won't send the case, I'll just send the disc.

Chris,

I was just reading on the website and noticed that it says I have 90 days to return it if it is defective. I hope I can still return it. I sent you a message about it way back when I first got it, but it was difficult because sometimes it would work ok and other times it wouldn't. Truthfully I didn't want to send it back because I didn't want to be without it. But now it is just not working right at all. Can I still return it?
