I was doing the one rep max tests listed in the back of the STS guide, and am confused about exercises # 504 (Sit and Stands) and #473 (One leg Sit and Stands). The video instructions in the Workout Manager for these two exercises look exactly the same, with one leg planted and the other raised off the floor. I am thinking there may be a mistake? I thought the regular Sit and Stands should have both feet on the floor the whole time?
