SNM HELP!!!

I ordered the Rythmic Step, IMAX, Max Intensity Cardio DVD. Last week I recieved in the mail one VHS Max Intensity Cardio. The packing slip correctly showed the DVD that I ordered.

I don't need or want a VHS of anything. I want the DVD that I originally ordered and apparently have been charged for.

I have sent two emails to [email protected] about this problem but have not received an answer!!

How do I go about getting this problem rectified???

My dad ordered that same DVD for me and when I got my shipment on the 3rd the only thing in the box was a VHS of Rhythmic Step. Maybe the same person that boxed up my order did yours too! I wrote to the same e-mail and I got a response right away stating they would ship it out immediately and they did. I am supposed to receive it on Monday. I don't know why they are taking awhile to respond to you. I hope they rectify your order fast also. Good luck.
