SNM Help - Did Not Receive Part of My Order

SNM,
I placed an order a little over a week ago for some DVDs and when I received the shipment on Thur (June 2) one of the DVDs I ordered was not in the box with the others (The Cardio Kicks and Circuit Max 2 Pack). I emailed you at [email protected] about this when I noticed the DVD was missing and I have not gotten a response yet. As it has been a few days, I thought I would try to get a response in the forum. I am leaving to go out of town on June 10 so I would greatly appreciate if this could be taken care of before then. SNM's customer support has always been so helpful and I hope that you will continue to be helpful in this matter. Please let me know what you plan to do so I can get this DVD or be refunded the money because I dont want to be paying 45.99 for something I never received.
