SNM - Description of MIS

Hi

I was just reviewing the description of Maximum Intensity Strength on your website, and it says the following:

"The circuit section in the middle of the workout , is approx. 20 min in length and will provide you with a "shock your metabolism" effect since it consists of 5 cycles - each one moving quickly from high intensity step - to plyo step - to a very brief recovery and immediately into leg work with weights."

Is this correct?

Hi Sandra, to me it sounds like your description is of Bodymax. In this tape after the warm up its a 24 minute step routine, and then you do the circuit work you described in your post, and last before the cool down is upper body work and abs. I have this tape and it is SO GOOD! I also have MIS and it's only a strength tape, no areobics or plyo. It's also very good. Hope this helps.

Thanks for your reply. I actually have BodyMax and have just ordered MIS (hence my checking out the workout description). The description that SNM have on the website of MIS includes part of the description of BodyMax, and so I just wanted to point this out to them.
