SNM - defective video

Hi There!

I have a defective video from the Body Blast Series. The black piece
that covers the actual tape fell off on Push and Pull. I have only used this video five times. Is this covered under the warranty or do I need to purchase another tape?

Our warranty is good for 90 days from the date of purchase.

Thanks for the quick response. I purchased this tape under the pre-sale back in the beginning of 2003 but did not receive it until you shipped the preorders. I believe this was in November so then I would still be covered, right?
