SNM (Chris) re: new software

I am a bit challenged w/ IT but will the new software be able to be played/converted to an MP3? Or is specifically Ipod only?

MP3 is an audio only format. MP3 actually means mpeg 1 audio just to confuse you a little more. For a video to be played on an Ipod you must have an Ipod that plays mp4 video. You will be able to play our audio only workouts on a MP3 player (ie.,Ipod Nano), but you will need a player that is capable of playing MP4 files for video.
