SNM Change shipping addres

Hello

I have sent 2 emails. One for knowing average shipping time to Quebec, Canada and I didn't get a response. Then I sent another email with the new shipping address. My invoice is 3762. I thought may be you are not getting my emails for some reason.

How can I make sure that I changed the shipping address for STS Cardio Shock

You need to contact us at [email protected] You will receive an immediate automatic response with your ticket number letting you know that we received your email. A customer service rep will get back to you usually within one to two days.
 
darine - it depends on what option you chose for shipping. I only pick USPS and hope Canada Post doesn't charge me duty. It takes 2-3 weeks. If you picked UPS then I would think you would get it fairly quickly, BUT they will charge you duty.
