Hi,
I first posted this in Open Discussion and thought maybe this would be a better place.
I was entering in my measurments and noticed that I can also post goals for those, but how do you know what to put for a goal? For example, my bicep is currently 11.5 inches, at this point the muscle has quite a bit of fat surrounding it. Is it just a guessing game until one has a healthy body fat%?
