Are you going to let us in on what the video's formats are going to be?? You posted the request for suggestions, but we don't know what Cathe's final decisions were. Or are you just going to post that information along with the presale tomorrow? Or, did I miss it somewhere? ;-)
I'd love it if we could know BEFORE the presale, so we can drool even more!

Yes, when we load up the presale pages we will include basic descriptions of the new workouts. However, we’re not going to provide super specific information at this time as Cathe always like to tweak and make changes to the routines. I’m sure Cathe will provide more information on the forums as time permits.
