Cathe, thank you for all your great work outs.
I missed the boat on the road trip was #195, guess 90 having to
cancel was too much to hope for.
Wanted to let you know I entered my first Body Building Contest
in Toronto in June this year and came in third in the Open.
As I have been working out with you for over 12 years, I wanted
to thank you for all you do. Including giving me the confidence
to even enter such an event. Huge hugs to you!!!!
I would like to post a picture or two here on the forum but need
help. Read FAQ, and can't even find "show the folder".
