TGIF! And I'm here...EARLY! No need to come hunting me down, Wendy!
Kids actually have a FULL, REGULAR day of school today. Imagine that!
Yesterday was Disc 8 Back and Tris. This morning was Intensity (all the step plus Lo HiiT), LBB floor/band work and the Leg Conditioning Drills, and the core work from MMA Boxing.
I think I know what I'm gonna do for my rotation. I'm gonna stick with STS, but on my repeat week I'm going to do the Gym Style workouts for upper body. So this week I did M1W3 and next week (what would be the repeat week), I'll GS upper body discs and keep the M1W3 Legs disc. Make sense? This way, I'm getting the best of both worlds and I'm happy happy (for now, anyway, lol).
Lots to do today.....gotta scoot. Feel free to come find me this weekend if need be. I've got a group run Saturday morning and a 10K race/run on Sunday.
Gayle:: You stopped by! Were your ears burning? Nice plan for your own 6 month version of STS! I hope you enjoy it! Speaking of the barre conditioning drills from LBB...I am going to be doing them weekly this month as I will be using the BBW from Cathe's Feb rotation as my extra leg w/o every week. I can feel the pain already! Enjoy your races this weekend!
ladies you're too funny, I know rite were leaving 80 degree weather to go to Californias cold.....lol. We were just talking about how people come to HI for their vacation and we all head to the mainland. Were taking our granddaughter and our 2 youngest (18 and 21) to disneyland, knotts berry, San Diego zoo and Sea world. The hardest thing is leaving my grandson
disk 5 done ... STS always makes me extra hungry. go figure.
today's my DS's 14th birthday. I had him when I was 43. I thank God for my blessings.
talk tomorrow.
Teri...I think I found you on FB, thanks to Wendy! Enjoy your vacation!
Colleen, happy BDay to your DS! Where does the time go, really?
I'm all dressed and ready for my group run....it's sleeting out! Crazy, I know, but who cares. We're tackling the HILL today at our one route....it takes us UP UP UP "College Hill" (there's a local college at the very top of this infamous hill), down around it and back UP to get to our starting location. It's hard, it's a gradual incline at places, steep at others...and I LOVE TO HATE IT!
Okay my work out is done and y'all HAD to know that a mish mosh was comin' since I couldn't make up my mind!
BFBM w/u thru circuit #3...Tonique Mat back lying exercises thru bicycles...Abs and Push Ups thru reverse core push ups ...BFBM circuit # 5...cool down/stretch....AHHHHHH...clocked in at about 70 minutes and gave me a leetle bit of everything while keeping the focus on cardio/core!
