Wendy, how're the roads by you? We have a 2 hour delay today. And....have you seen the forecast? Looks like we're gonna get hammered with another storm Thursday night/Friday morning. YAY!
Well, I need a good swift kick in the ARSE, ladies. I was so good. I was ignoring that nasty voice. I logged my food, and I confessed to you guys about the urges in my head. But I CAVED! I gave right in and CAVED like an avalanche. And it wasn't pretty. It ended up in an all-out eatfest. OMG....why did I do that. I have a bad BAD binging habit (or maybe I should call it a behavior) that I've been pretty much in control of for the last 3 months or so, but it came out of hibernation last night. YUCK!
OK....enough with the negative. Confessional is now closed (unless somebody else feels the need, which I hope you don't. lol).
I got up early, hydrated more than I normally do on an early morning workout (see above notes for reason why, lol), and hit Eddy my Tready for mile repeats. My mile repeats were at an 8:06 pace and I felt good and strong and like I could go faster....and I WILL for the next repeat workout (in 2 weeks). Then I stretched out well because I'm pretty DOMSy today.
