Today I did Lower Impact Circuit-Premix 1. I really enjoyed this one. In fact all the premixes I've been doing have been awesome. My new favorites.
Within the 1st few minutes after starting the warm up,I sat down because I wasn't feeling it,and also trying to figure out when I would finish the workout today. Then when I realized I wouldn't have time later on today I got to cranking it! I'M SO GLAD I GOT IT DONE,oh with Yoga based abs too!

So I did BodyRock's Marine Corps w/o (7/12) this morning. It was about 30 mins of HELL! LOL I messed it up quite a few times too cause it was kinda complicated and it's hard to read what you are supposed to do next when you are exhausted! It's okay tho cause regardless I was workin' my tail off, panting and sweating the entire time! So much so that I acheived the biggest puke status EVER!!!!! Felt that way for about 30 minutes post work out!!! Did STS extended stretch afterwards and it wasn't very relaxing because I thought I was going to hurl through most of it. LOL
ok,,,,,I don't know whats up with me?!!! No workout yesterday, I woke up early but just didnt feel it so I thought as soon as gk's leave but then my daughter came to use the computer so it ended up no workout, and Today I just couldn't get up so hopefully hubby takes kids out so I can disc 27 in

Wendy you Body Rock! I'm glad to see you took a rest day after that workout. You are amazing and inspirational.
Terina, I know how you feel about missing workouts. I'm having the worst year for staying on track. But you too inspire me. I want to do more premixes like you've been doing. I've been too lazy to read what's inside the cover. If the time and gear aren't on the back of the CD I don't do 'em. But I can see I've been missing some really good workouts.
I did 4 Day Split High Intensity Cardio with HW Back & Chest. Today plan to something from 4DS not sure which yet. Took a peek at the 4DS premix on disk one (thanks Terina) and the circuits intrigue me.
I have to be out of town tomorrow so I'll miss a workout and I'll be back on Saturday to check in.
Our air was fixed after 26 hours of the worst heat and humidity. Look out east coast it's coming ...
Colleen:: TY. Very sweet words. You make me blush. I haven't done the weight work from 4DS in ages. Just another rotation I will need to add to my ever growing to do list! Enjoy whatever you decide to do. Are you out of town today on business or pleasure?
Terina:: Perhaps you just need a couple days off from your work outs. We all get in a work out "funk" from time to time and just have to do our best to get through it as quickly as possible and get back on track. I am sure it will pass sooner rather then later.

Sat: half of DWP, 3 tabata drills from Breathless Body and abs from Rapid Fire Kick Box and Core Burn
Sun: KCM Split Sessions upper body only + back lying segment from Tonique Mat omitting the ab portion of it.
Today: Body Rock work out dated July 18 + short cardio add on of my own design-4 mins jumping rope, 1 min jumping jacks, 30 secs rest x 3 rounds for a 16 minute total. KICK AZZ 30ish minute work out for sure!
Got 2 compliments from 2 different guys this weekend! I was on cloud 9! Makes all the hard work worth it!

today I did 4day split LIC-premix step only,I had to take it easy because I tweaked my back again. Friday morning I picked up a huge box the wrong way and payed for it . But it felt so good to be back in the game!!

DOMS in the quads today! Felt it creeping in when I got up to use the restroom in the middle of the night!
This was today's work out:: BODYROCK.tv | Fitness Advice, Workout Videos, Health & Fitness | Bodyrock.tv + 15 mins of KCM 30mtf K/B and abs/stretch from High Reps. Good stuff! I really enjoyed this BR work out. It was a great challenge but it wasn't crazy hard. Some parts were more intense then others but it was a nice mix of tough with not so tough so I was dying the ENTIRE time! Hence my energy to do some cardio and abs afterwards!
Terina:: Glad your back is better! LIS is a great step w/o. I'm so glad I gave the step from that series another chance. Now I have to get back to the weight work! So many work outs, so little time...*sigh*

Yesterday I did disc 28,it felt so good!!! all this time I thought I was doing week 3 but im just starting week 2.....lol
Im doing cardio a little later,woke up to later again.

Today is my rest day. Tmrw it's back to business though!
Terina:: I checked out the sandbag she uses in BR but they are too expensive for me to justify. I am just subbing in db's and kettlebells and it's fine. I haven't even gotten around to taking pics post-STS and now ya want BR pics too!? Glad you had a good work out!!!!
I've been MIA. My workouts are only averaging 4x a week ... this is not good!
We had a last minute house showing today. I cleaned and scrubbed and weeded for 6 hours and then they only stayed for 15 min. max.
I did 4 hours of weeding for a friend for( $ )yesterday and then worked pretty hard on the house -along with laundry and changing bed clothes - I didn't workout. I'm pooped.
Tomorrow 4DS KB with HW legs & core.
Terina .. I forgot that the premix breakdown is in the old Cathe catalog. I do have it. Thanks for the tip.
Wendy ... I want to check out the BMax stuff when our house is sold and we have moved. Heaven only knows when that will be.
I leave to go with my DS Boy Scout Troop next Wednesday. We won't even have cell phone service, just Satellite Radio for emergencies and then they have to send in a float plane. I should be back August 12th.
I plan to check in until I go. Snazzeling all the way!

I did 4DS KB & legs. Yea! Not sure yet what I'll do for the next 5 days before we leave. I'm liking circuit and core work for prep for the trip. Oh, I meant to say Body Max 2 ... I like BMax though.
We're going to a wilderness area north of Minnesota in Canada called Quetico. I'm only going because none of the other leaders could go and the trip was going to be canceled. 6 Boy Scouts of which my DS who is now 14 is one, 2 Adults (I'm the other Adult) and a Guide. The adults had to get certified in Wilderness First Aid/CPR/AED training because the only way out if we have an emergency will be a float plane.
We have a half day of training with the Kayaks on August 4th and then the next day we go out for 6 days in the wilderness. The tough part is the portaging with the kayaks. Thanks to Cathe I think I should be ok. I'll let you know .. if ... I mean when I get back home the 11th or 12th of August.
WW weigh in this moring: Down 1.4 pounds from last week (this seems like a lot to me but I won't argue!)! Only 1 pound left to get to goal! TERRIFIED of maintenence though!!!!
