Hi Girls.

Getting a new thread goin' for July!:)

So I had a fantabulous weekend of gambling, eating, drinking, shopping and just having fun hanging out!:D

No work out on Saturday and on Sunday I did my own version of Body Rock's 20 min interval work out. Worked up a great sweat!:D

Got home early y'day afternoon. Had just enough time to do Athletic Step and abs from High Reps before showering, having a bite to eat and heading out to see Transformers 3 in 3D w/DH and DS. Great movie as usual! Then we picked up subs for dinner on the way home.

The party (weekend) is over now though and according to the scale this morning, I have 3 extra pounds of bloat on the bod to show for it :eek: but it was fun! :D Back to business this morning though! Let the "healing" process begin! ;)

I need to finish up STS already!!!! I have 4 more work outs to go and I just can't seem to get em done! I want to finish up by Sunday!!!! I think I will finish up the last 2 lower body work outs with Plyo legs instead of SRL. I love SRL but once again am not rested enough to feel comfortable doing it and don't want to put it off any longer so Plyo legs it is! I'm NOT looking forward to it though! :p

Guess that's all for now.

Sunday I did body max 2 #6 premix. So Meso 2 is officially done!!!!

Were off to Boise for the week, but Ill be popping in,and I will be back on Tuesday with my check in with Meso 3 :)

I think I've put back on 3 pounds these last few days :( ! I'm gonna have to work hard this week.

Kickmax warm up and blasts
Janice Saffell's Strike Zone Paddle and Strength work
250 mountain climbers
50 rock climbers
50 hip lifts for lower abs

My buns are all fired up from Plyo Legs y'day! :eek:

Only 3 more STS work outs to go and I WILL BE DONE!!!! WOOOOOOT!:D Target finish date is this Sunday! :D

Teri:: Have fun while you are away! Is this a vacation you are going on? Congrats on finishing M2! M3 is great too. You'll love it! :D

Today's work out was STS D36 (SBT). Doing them a bit out of order so only 2 more to go! I can see the finish line now! Wooh hoo! :D

Teri: Transformers 3 was really good as expected. The new girlfriend was fine. She didn't make or break the movie.

Gearing up for the last 2 discs of STS! Plan is to do chest and back today and legs tmrw-if they don't still hurt!:rolleyes: My calves are sore now b/c of the jump rope y'day!:eek:

Sun- D35 plyo legs, my own weighted abs routine using 8# med ball
Mon (today)- REST
Tues - final STS active recovery begins-THE ROTATION IS COMPLETE! WOOT WOOT! :D:D:D

Today's work out was 60 mins of KCM cardio + abs as follows:

30 M to Fitness K/B: Kicking Only premix
Circuit Burn: 1/2 of Cardio & Boxing premix wearing weighted gloves (she goes thru same moves 2x so I only did them once)
TLC: Express Cardio Premix w/weighted gloves
30 M to Fitness B/C: 15 min of the Cardio Only premix
NYC Body Sculpting: Abs + Stretch

My work out was about an hour of cardio plus 5 mins of abs. A really good sweat but not INSANE at all. ;)

How long has it been? AGES!!! I went out of town again and didn't have access to the internet. Really. Northern Wisconsin.
I've been doing the best I can with workouts. Walked 6 miles, used a small community gym and did Total Body and Travel Band.
This week I've done 3 CTX's, today a rest day, and will finish out CTX this week. I've just been picking workouts as I feel like I need as your advice Wendy. It's really a good idea right now. I keep forgetting that summer is really hard for me for scripted rotations when my DS is out of school. I need more non equipment workouts for summer but I'm not a runner. I get the worst shin splints Any suggestions gratefully accepted.
Two and a half weeks until I go with my son's Boy Scout Troop to Quetico in Canada. I'm a bit scared but I'm determined to do this.

Yday was Amy Dixon's Breathless Body :eek: and today was her Kickin' Strength but only the cardio and core (omitted weight work).

I was supposed to do a DM cardio premix y'day, Terina but then I got Amy's work outs in the mail! :p

Colleen:: Can you jump rope or does that cause shin splints as well?

This is a pre workout post to motivate myself with gulit ;) to go upstairs and get it done. We had some big thunder storms last night with sonic boom thunder so I didn't get much sleep. I'm draggin'.
CTX leaner legs yesterday, doms today. Off to do CTX step.
Is Amy Dixon a good workout? Fun?

NYC Body Sculpting (KCM) y'day and a cardio that has not been decided on yet for today.

I intend to take STS "after" pics and wanted to do it this weekend but that's not going to happen at this point I don't think. I'll do it as soon as I can though!
