SNAZZY LADIES...August!!!

Hi Terina and Wendy,:D
I'm checking in before I head upstairs to do Butts and Gutts. I got back late Wednesday night and mostly slept yesterday.
I couldn't have done the trip without having steadily working out for years with Cathe etc.
The interpreter (he was all of 18) said I was the oldest person he ever took on a wilderness trip. Yikes!

It's now 8:26 pm Friday nite and checking in :)
I did body rocks 20 min Cardio. But I modified it to 15 sec/10 sec. Next week I will up it to 20 seconds. It went by real quick this time.

So Wendy are we still doing a rotation when I'm done with STS? :)

Ternina:: Sure but I'm warning you, I am still HOOKED on BR so any rotation I do in the not so distant future will likely include many of the work outs!;)

Terina:: I'm wanting to do a rotation ala' Beach Body next I think-starting in September some time.... Something endurance focused like Brazilian Butt Lift or Slim Series or a combo of the 2 with some BR work outs thrown in just because I love them! Are you game? ;)
 
Are you done with STS Terina? I can't remember but Disk 33 sounds awfully close to the end. Congrats on the 14# dumb bell curls.
OM Goodness. I TRIED to do Intensity today. Don't know if I'm still tired from the Kayak trip or if I'm just a wimp but I felt like I was 110 years old. I made myself do the workout even if it meant walking in place but I just couldn't finish the Boot Camp part. I started doing Cathe's August Rotation so I had some structure.
I plan to do Low Impact Circuit when I get home tomorrow night. I have to get up at 5 to start a job at 6:30. No way am I getting up at 3 to work out.
Did I say I missed this check in? Did I mention you're both pretty Snazzy? :p
 
Today's work out was CTX Triceps + Br from June 30th. All done with raging u/b doms from y'day's work out!!! :eek:

Welcome Back Colleen! We missed you and happen to think that you are pretty snazzy yourself, chic! :D

Wendy count me in I don't have power hr,but i may end up ordering it :D other than that I pretty much have all her dvds,except the sts cardio boxing ones(for some reason I don't care to get those for now)

I'm only getting a workout in every other day. Not happy. ... In a weird way I hate summer. We now have to go visit my DH's family for 3 days so I''m gone again Fri, Sat and Sund. No room to work out at MILand I'm not a runner. I can't wait for school to start and get a real schedule going in the family.
I did Low Intensity Circuit. It was hard. I'm so out of shape.
40/20 scheduled for tomorrow. We have a house showing too so I'm be cleaning.

I think you're one tuff cookie,theres is NO WAY I would have done that camping trip you went on. I'm way to wimpy!

Terina:: I will start the new rotation when I return from vacation...How does Sunday August 28th sound or do you need more time? We can push it off to the beginning of Sept if you want.

Colleen:: Terina is right. Don't sell yourself short after the trip you just took! You are awesome! :D


This morning's work out was DM cardio only drills 1-5 + 10 mins of jump rope. I was a sweaty mess when I was done. ;)

I am DOMS'ing big time today. Meaner legs started getting me last night! I could already feel it in my butt before I even laid down in bed!!! I am dying today b/c I also STILL have sore shoulders!!!!:eek:
 
Yesterday I ran little over 2 miles, my knee started to bother me ( I think it's from when I ran in Idaho, I used the wrong shoes) but it felt great :)

Wendy how's the 29th? Sundays it's Usually a day were we just like to chill.

so far this week has been sporatic with the workouts. Not happy. I've done Butts and Gutts, Intensity, 40/20 and 80% of Kick Punch and Crunch. I was supposed to get Body Max 2 in today but I've been doing house work since 8am this morning and yard work. It's 6:45 pm now and we have to go to DH's family reunion for the next two days. We're leaving at 7am tomorrow and I'm pooped. I might do Push Pull or Super Sets. Short and Sweet.
I'll check back Sunday night.
I'm trying to do Cathe's August rotation but I just can't seem to get workouts done that are longer than 60 min. The 70 to 90 minute stuff are impossible to get in right now. I need a new rotation. I desperately need Cathe's new Low Intensity workouts now!!!! I'm dying here!!!
 
Omg!!! The "I'm not working out bug" has bitten me :(. I just have 2 more disc to do on StS then I'm done.

hump wednesday

quick check in for wedneday, I ran just a little over 2 miles at a slow pace.
A few months ago when i was REALLY consistant with my cardio workouts my running pace was way faster... I've been a real slug this month :mad:

but im getting my equiptment together and doing disc 35 today,bbl to check in with that. :D

Just got done with disc 35. I dont understand why I put this off,it was such a great workout.

I have one more disc to to then i'm done with STS!!!!

feeling so great that I beat the "flesh" again!!!!
