Getting us started for the new month! ;)

Terina:: Yes, BR has a 20 min interval cardio w/o and it's the first one I did of hers IIRC. When I have a minute I will post the link for you so check back if I haven't done it by the time you read this! :)

Sat work out: PS Chest, Step Moves

Sun work out: PS Shoulders, BBC Back and Shoulders Cardio and Standing Abs segments

Today's work out: PS Triceps, BR 7/27 Death to Fat work out, 5 mins of jump rope

today i did BM2-premix #6. =)

I had a nice relaxing weekend,no kids and no grandkids :D
I watched some of the road trip videos, hopefully next year she'll make it to San Diego :D

can you believe its August already?!:eek:

Y'day was a rest day for me.

ETA:: Great work out for me this morning but I think it was tougher then it should have been. Really kicked me around!!! I am exhausted today from 4 straight nights surviving on less then adequate sleep. I am sure it's taking it's toll. :(

its done!!!

I really enjoyed disc 29! and I was able to do most of all exercises :D the one like burpee's I couldn't do because back is still tight,and sit and stands I modified:eek: But I REALLY ENJOYED IT!!!!

WENDY- i'm doing the bodyrock cardio tomorrow,wish me luck!!!!:) the testimonials are awesome.

Did Colleen leave for boyscout trip?
 
Oh boy!!!!!! ThAt workout kicked my butt!!! My shirt down to underware were soaked!!! And I only did 15 sec intervals with 10 sec rest w/ 30 sec in between each round.

1st round of high knees, I was thinking not to tuff, by last round I was so focused to get knees up high. Then came burpees :0 couple of times I didn't think I would make it up again. By 4th round I was wiped out and so hungry.
Felt great with the change in Cardio. Thank you Wendy!!!!:)

Well atleast you are THANKING me and not CURSING me, Terina!;) Glad you liked it! Pretty soon you'll be hooked on those work outs too! Don't say I didn't worn you. They are addicting! It's nuts! :)
 
wendy- do you have that weighted ball zuzanna uses in new workout? I look forward to another of her cardio workouts. Today i'm going to do disc 30. =)

This morning's work out was GS Legs Standing + 5 minutes of plank work.

Terina:: Nope, I don't have a UGI ball....YET ;) so I improvise with a med ball, a stability and/or the high step depending on what she's using it for.

Just got done with disc 30.:D And still enjoying STS :D

yesterday when I got done with the cardio from bodyrock,I was starving and it seems like that thru out the day,do you find that happening to you too?

Have a great Saturday & Sunday. tomorrow is a rest day. BB on Monday
 
Terina:: You are doing a bang up job with STS! Nope, not starving here but I am doing shorter work outs then I was with STS so my appetite has decreased some over the past couple of weeks actually. I AM starving every rest day though! GO FIGURE!!!!!!:confused:

Today's plan is GS Chest and some kind of cardio....Got on the scale this morning and it's back down to goal weight for the second time in less then a week! Woo hoo! And I even ate over my DP limit for WW y'day! :D Now if I can just get that weight to pop up this friday it will finally be official!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I checked in yesterday with disc 31,and now I don't see it!!!:mad:

Today i did Cathe's quick cardio fix,20 min. It was a great workout,used MIC for warm up and cool down. Looking foward to plyo legs tomorrow.:D

Time to catch up on my work out check ins I think :eek:

Sunday ended up being GS Chest only but man did I get some killer DOMS from it!

Monday was a BR + GS Triceps

Y'day was a BR + GS Biceps + a 12 cardio interval work out of jump rope and jacks.

Today everything hurts. Gotta love DOMS! It's my rest day too so it's perfect!;)

Terina:: Hate when posts go poof but good work out! So when are you gonna do the BR cardio again? ;)
 
YAY!!!! Disc 32 done, I'm really enjoying plyo legs. Got good sweat going :).

Wendy- I'm doing BR tomorrow,I really wanted to do it yesterday but Monday night I waited till I was so tired I didn't have patience to look for new Cardio workout (I procrastinate procrastination) :0

Terina:: So how'd the BR work out go?

I did CTX Back work, BR from 7/1 called Fierce Friday which is a non-weighted circuit done for time using mostly cardio/core moves. Then I finished off with abs from KCM KB. Good stuff! :)
 
no workout yesterday, but for sure today!!!!!!! doing the body rock cardio that I did earlier this week..... will be back later to check in.
