I love egg rolls as snacks!
Takes about half an hour or so to make a batch, but then you have 15 that you can throw in the fridge for the week or freeze individually.
Make them yourself (bake, don't deep fry obviously), and they're quite healthy. Easy to customize too, you can really put whatever you want in them. I just made the southwestern ones from another thread and they are delicious! (Dipped in nonfat plain yogurt mixed with salsa.... yum!)
The (rice flour I think?) wrappers are eighty cal each, no fiber, but 3 g protein. Add in some veggies and you're at 100-120ish, depending on your tastes. About the same as string cheese and some baby carrots calorie-wise, but so much more filling. Initially I started making them to have with meals, but I get too full if I eat them with a meal.
