SMN – Problem

The mix and match section nad chapters do all work. The first two cycles are fine, the next two after do not work, I cannot select anything, then the forth is partially ok, and then the firth doesn’t work. Sigh. What can be done about this. As I live in the UK shipping this DVD back to you would be expensive, plus I had to pay import duty on a faulty dvd. Big Sigh.

I don't think you have to ship a faulty DVD back to them if it is within 90 days of your receiving the item. After 90 days, I think you do.
