Slow & Heavy - what is similar

I'm about to embark on a rotation that includes Slow & Heavy. Well, until I get it ordered I was wondering if something would be a similar comparison?

I have the following strength tapes: MIS, PowerHour, the entire Intensity Series, CTX Series. Any of these compare?

With the exception of MIS (to some extent, only), everything you have (PowerHour, the entire Intensity Series, CTX Series)is "endurance" oriented. Use MIS until you get your S&H. :p

Yes, use MIS, but do only 4 to 6 reps and lift the very heaviest weight you can with perfect form. Cut the rep speed in half or four times-- in other words, 4 counts up, 4 counts down. You might have to do a few sets to find out how very heavy you can go. Doing it this way is so novel and so fun!
