Slow & Heavy series

Would it be ok to do each of the slow and heavy workouts back to back? I want to do legs & shoulders today and chest & back tomorrow and triceps & biceps the next day. Or should I throw some cardio in between?
 
If you want to do the three back to back, I would suggest putting cardio in between each of the strength days. Your muscles need about 48 hours to recover between workouts. I would do:

Chest & Back
Cardio
Legs & Shoulders
Cardio
Triceps & Biceps

Check out Cathe's February 08 Rotation. She has both S&H and GS work outs back to back 3 days in a row! :)

I personally prefer to break it up but if Cathe wrote a rotation this way then I am sure it's a fine way to do it so long as you are comfortable with it.
