In addition to those that Sharon mentioned, you might want some 8 lb weights (for tricep work) and some 12 lb weights. I especially find that by the 3rd set for the chest flys, I am dropping to 12's. I don't know how heavy you typically lift, but Cathe uses some 25's in the chest (bench press) and back (deadlifts) work. You might want to consider getting 25's to challenge you for one or two sets on these exercises, dependent upon your lifting level, of course. I have done without the 40 lb barbell for the plie squats and modified using a barbell. Good luck. It's a great series, and I had forgotten how much I enjoyed it before.
